General Terms & Conditions for JoyBeing Guidance

1. General

These terms and conditions govern the rights and responsibilities between JoyBeing Guidance Sweden, org. no. 820906-0089, Olaus Magnus väg 12, 12140 Stockholm ("the Company") and the client ("the Client") when booking services and purchasing products.

2. Services Offered

JoyBeing Guidance offers somatic therapy (including hyposynthesis and hypnotherapy), coaching, and the sale of handmade necklaces.

Services are provided by agreement, either in person or online, as confirmed via email.

3. Ethical Guidelines & Responsibility

The Company follows the ethical guidelines and Code of Ethics* set by the International Coaching Federation (ICF), as well as those applied by Love it, the educational provider for Hyposynthesis and Hypnotherapy. These include:

• Working with respect, integrity, and care

• Honoring the client’s autonomy and privacy

• Never exploiting the client relationship for personal gain

• Referring to appropriate professionals (e.g., licensed psychologist or physician) when needed

• Informing the client of the therapist’s responsibilities, confidentiality, and any exceptions (e.g., risk of harm)

4. Confidentiality & Privacy

All information shared during sessions is treated as confidential. Exceptions apply if:

• There is a risk of serious harm to the client or others

• A criminal offense punishable by imprisonment is disclosed (e.g., violence, abuse of children)

The client is clearly informed of these exceptions at the initial session.

5. Booking, Payment & Cancellation

Payment is made in advance according to the price stated in the confirmation email.

Private clients: prices include VAT.

Corporate clients: prices exclude VAT.

Cancellations:

At least 48 hours in advance – full refund.

Rescheduling:

At least 24 hours in advance – applies to both parties.

Late arrival:

If late up to 10 minutes, the session will proceed with remaining time.

If more than 10 minutes late, a new session must be scheduled.

Packages:

Valid for 6 months from purchase date.

After at least two sessions, either party may end the collaboration. Remaining amount will be refunded.

6. Terms for Practice Clients

Practice sessions in somatic therapy (hyposynthesis) are offered at a reduced rate during the training period and take place within the scope of education and supervision.

• The client is clearly informed that the therapist is a student.

• Ethical standards and confidentiality remain the same.

• Sessions may be documented for educational purposes (with written consent).

7. E-commerce: Necklaces

Each necklace is handmade and unique. Crystals may vary in shape and color.

• Payment via Swish before delivery

• Shipping: SEK 60, tracked via PostNord

• 14-day right of withdrawal in accordance with Swedish Distance Selling Act

Returns:

• Customer pays return shipping

• Product must be in original condition

• Refund issued using the same payment method

8. Documentation & Data Protection

Session notes may be taken if needed, following ethical standards, and stored securely. Written consent is required for any audio/video recordings.

9. Limitation of Liability

Sessions do not constitute medical or psychological treatment. The client is responsible for their own wellbeing and personal process.
